Wayne has spent 48 years in construction, making him one of the most knowledgeable operators in the industry. He began his career as a qualified carpenter and joiner and worked his way up to a site management position before moving to Australia to manage Cole Build.

Responsible for methodology and planning, Wayne oversees new business and client liaison management, plant management, procurement and development, HR management and recruitment, specialist and key client project tendering, and specialised project design. He is well-known in the construction industry for his problem-solving abilities, even on the most difficult jobs.
